WNYC reports that there is a six percent increase in fatal car accidents on tax day. That means 13 more people die speeding over to H&R Block.

The line appears to be shutdown in both directions as police and firefighters deal with what 135th street ticket agents called a “man on the tracks.” 125th street is swarming with police and firefighters.
