Do you know your skyline?

Yes, we know, as a New Yorker, you’re supposed to keep walking, not stop and gawk at the skyscrapers. But on the rare occasion that you do look up, do you have any clue which buildings you’re looking at?

It turns out a lot of you don’t, and that’s why the Illuminating Engineering Society of New York created a pretty badass night-time skyline map. The Daily News took the map around town to see if New Yorkers could identify buildings, and (shocker) they couldn’t.

So here’s your chance. Try to ID as many buildings as you can. The answers are after the break. [NY Daily News]

So how’d you do? Wanna know what your scores mean?

21-26: Book worm. I bet you entertain everyone at parties with stories about atom splitting.

15-20: Tourist. Stop gawking and keep walking.

10-14: Okay, so you’re kinda knowledgable. Do you like work for the city or something?

5-9: You know some building names? You must live in Queens, Brooklyn, or Jersey, right?

0-4: Congrats! You’re a true New Yorker!
