Traditional happy hour may or may not be under attack from Mayor Bloomberg, but thankfully there’s one happy hour that remains unchallenged: Starbuck’s frappuccino happy hour. From now until May 13 stop in to any Starbucks between 3pm and 5pm and get a delicious iced beverage with a made-up name for half-off. Just try not to get sloppy; we don’t want anyone coming after this happy hour.
