Send that stupid fax for free with HelloFax

by Nigel Chiwaya on July 12, 2011

Ugh. Faxing documents sucks. There’s nothing worse than when a business emails you a form but tells you to print it out and fax it back. What is this, the 1990s?

As always in these situations, the internet comes to our rescue, this time with HelloFax. HelloFax is an online service that will let you send faxes to any number using just your computer and an internet line. Even better, once you upload documents you can sign them using your mouse. A basic membership gets you five free pages. After than it’s just 99 cents per fax (which is probably on par with your local corner store). There are also paid plans available for as low as $4.99 a month that provide you with your own dedicated fax number. Even better, you can choose to sync your account to Dropbox, meaning incoming emails and outbound faxes will be saved to your Dropbox account. Anyway, hit the source link below to sign up. It’s a referral link, so you’ll get 5 extra free pages just for doing so. [HelloFax via Lifehacker]
